I cannot connect to the site:

Prior to contacting Customer Service, please try the following:

1.      Make sure that you type the right language (English / Hebrew) into the user name and password fields and that the “Caps Lock” key is pressed down for the English language.

2.      If you are not sure about the correctness of the password, you can activate the “Forgot Your Password” field.  If there is still no solution, you can send an e-mail to Customer Service via “Contact Us”, which is displayed in the bottom part of the site.  In order to maintain a high security level and for further validation, please write your identity number in your e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The customer is not at home:

In such a case, the delivery person will attach a note with the shipment details to the customer’s door.  In the note, it will be mentioned whether the bouquet was left with one of the neighbors or returned to the branch (including the branch name, address and telephone number for inquiries).

When will I receive the order:

The flower bouquets and the accompanying gifts which are sold in Zer4u’s Internet site will be shipped to the requested destination within 5 hours outside the distribution areas and to hospitals – within 6 hours from the time the products were ordered, excluding products ordered beyond the call center’s hours of operation (these orders will be supplied on the next business day).  In addition, on holiday eves, the specific arrival times cannot be promised.  During these days, the order will be supplied during the day.  Call Center’s hours of operation: Hours of Operation – subject to the order’s approval terms.  If the product did not arrive on time, please contact Customer Service and we will be glad to assist.


What happens if the product is out of stock:

If flower bouquets and flower arrangements were ordered, an order as similar as possible to the original order in form and color will be supplied.

If the product is different, we will contact you by phone with an alternative offer.

Hours of Operation

Zer4U Chain and Its Internet Site’s Hours of operation

Products can be ordered for the same day via Zer4U’s call center for orders and on its Internet site between Sunday-Thursday, 08:30-19:00.

Fridays: Between 08:00-14:00 (winter time – until 13:00).

Products can be ordered on the Internet during the weekends for shipment on Sundays.

Orders received later (after 19:00 between Sunday-Thursday or after 14:00 on Fridays), both via the call center for orders and on the Internet, will be sent the following day, if it is a regular business day.
