If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you may contact the Customer Relations Department within two business days from the moment you received the shipment, so that we will be able to handle your request in accordance with the chain’s regulations.

Please note:

·     If the photographed flowers are missing in the branch’s inventory, they will be replaced with other flowers after receiving the customer’s approval.

·     Replacement of the products is possible after inquiry by phone or in the chain’s branches, only if they are complete and arrive in their original package.

·     Products cannot be returned.

·     The prices in the catalog and the Internet site do not include shipment fees.

·     The photographed flowers represent the medium-size bouquet.  The pictures are for illustration purposes only and are subject to the inventory updated in the chain’s branches.

·     During the categorization process, there may be changes in the types of flowers, depending on the season and the nature of the flower.
