A few words about the winery:
The Jerusalem Winery Cooperative Agricultural Society is a reincarnation of the ‘Shimshon Winery’ which was established by the Mendelson Family in the beginning of the twentieth century in the Old City of Jerusalem. It is the only winery that operates in the Capital of Israel. It is located in the northern part of Jerusalem, and it produces different wines in a variety of series of quality. The wines of the winery are marketed in Israel and throughout the world, and they gained recognition and won prizes in different wine competitions.
About the wine:
A light, soft and fruity red wine consisting of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Carmel Slopes. The wine has the fragrances of refreshing berries and a pleasant sourness. The wine will be well integrated in the holiday table next to dishes of roasted chicken and vegetables.
