Psagot Rosé
A few words about the winery:
The Psagot Winery was established in 2003. It continues a line of many generations of settlement and production of excellent wine. The winery’s vineyards which are deeply planted in the rocky soil of Mount Benjamin and Mount Samaria, optimal for creating quality boutique wines. The wine is produced from love and from a connection to the soil and its fruits. Currently, the winery is located in the Gate of Benjamin which overlooks the view of Wadi Qelt and Mounts Edom.
About the wine:
Psagot Rosé is a blend of varieties of red grapes picked at a ripening level designated for the Rosé Wine from vineyards located north of Jerusalem. A refreshing and crispy wine, with a mineral line, an elegant structure and aromas and flavors of flowers, of citrus fruits and of . A great companion for various dishes.
