Dry white wine. The grapes originated in the limestone soil that is located in the vineyards of the mountains of Jerusalem. This area allows the production of an elegant varietal wine, without the heaviness that characterizes the variety that grows in warm areas. Aromas and flavors of exotic spices, dry herbs, white pepper, dried rose leaves, lychee, pomelo, pomelo peels, strengthened with minerals. Medium body and a long finish. Made of 100% Gewurztraminer grapes.
