An elegant and fresh wine with floral aromas combined with strawberry, peach and citrus fruits. The wine is made from Grenache grapes that were harvested early in the season, in order to preserve high natural acidity and a low alcohol level. The grapes went through the winery in a process of gentle separation from the vines, a short soaking on the skins, fermentation at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Made of 100% Grenache grapes.
