The wine is produced from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Riesling and 30% Viognier which have grown in the family's vineyards in the northern part of the Golan Heights which are located in the Vale of Tears under Mount Hermonit and have aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. This white wine is light green, and it has a touch of gold. It even has the intensity of white flowers with a little Jasmine. Its flavors include pear, honey and the minerality of limestone.

Contains alcohol – it is recommended to avoid excessive drinking
