Sauvignon Blanc from a 35-year-old vineyard which is located in Plateau Dalton in the Upper Galilee. In order to achieve optimal ripeness in a warm climate area, an innovative pruning method with shade nets was used in this vineyard. This unique wine expresses the nature and the complexity of the variety of Sauvignon Blanc grapes (100%).
