Gush Etzion - Gewurztraminer
A few words about the winery:

The winery is located in the center of Gush Etzion, and it proudly represents the high-quality terroir of the area of the highest of the Judea Mountains. The Gush Etzion Winery constitutes the renewal of the wine tradition and the magnificent Jewish agriculture that has existed in the area for hundreds of years, and its purpose is to establish the Gush Etzion Area as one of the most important and most fertile wine areas in Israel and around the world.
About the wine:
The wine has aromas of rose water and spices. Its color is greenish straw and the fragrance is of roses and tropical fruits, such as lychee. The wine has a gentle sweetness, a pleasant sourness and a scented and long finish. It will be a good companion for fish and Asian dishes.
