Drappier Champagne
A few words about the winery:
The Champagne is the wine of kings and the queen of wines. The wine is bubbly and aristocratic, and it comes from the Champagne District in France. The wine originates in a basement that was built in 1152, and the winery per se is older than 200 years. As befitting an old Champagne Producer, this Champagne is produced in an especially meticulous way. An elegant Champagne, which will turn every event into a celebration.
About the wine:
A conspicuous fragrance of yeast alongside hints of floweriness and a long and pleasurable finish. The wine is almost “Blanc De Noir”, in other words, it is mostly made of a variety of red grapes, but the color of the wine is white with a slight shade of salmon. It is rich Champagne with a wide variety of flavors, a body which is relatively full for Champagne, and it will be a great companion for rich and spicy dishes, whether from the Asiatic or the Mediterranean cuisine which is based on fish.
