The Adir wines are produced with attention that is based on four decades of agricultural experience, expertise in the production of wine and commitment to quality. The family winery is located in the Upper Galilee and enjoys a thorough familiarity with the soil, accumulating agricultural experience and a personal touch of winemaking.
About the wine:
A series of high quality varietal wines and an excellent aroma offer a unique combination of flavors. A 12-14 months aging process in barrels made of oak tree after which they went through an additional aging process of 5 months. The wines are pleasant to drink, and they provide an especially delightful wine experience.
