Psagot Sinai
A few words about the winery:
The Psagot Winery was established in 2003. It continues a line of many generations of settlement and production of excellent wine. The winery’s vineyards which are deeply planted in the rocky soil of Mount Benjamin and Mount Samaria, optimal for creating quality boutique wines. The wine is produced from love and from a connection to the soil and its fruits. Currently, the winery is located in the Gate of Benjamin which overlooks the view of Wadi Qelt and Mounts Edom.
About the wine:
A unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The two varieties complete each other. The grapes were picked in vineyards that are located north of Jerusalem at a height of 900 meter. Sinai is a refreshing, fruity and balanced wine characterized by a velvety texture and a long finish.
