This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot. Its has a massive tannic structure that lasts and lasts on the finish. This wine can be drunk now after an hour of decanting or can be put away in the cellar. The wine will pair well with a good roast or something lighter like grilled chicken. This wine made of 42% Syrah, 42% Petit Syrah & 16% Mourvedre grapes.
