Delta Lamda Riesling
A few words about the winery:
The young Delta Winery was established in 2017 for the purpose of expressing the natural resources that are hidden in the Grapes of Merom Hagalil with vineyards that are planted in high-quality soil at extreme height and enjoy optimal weather conditions. High-quality clusters which are selected and picked manually during sunrise, separated through a shaking process, selected in the world’s most advanced optical sorter as part of an uncompromising technological approach.
About the wine:
Lamda Riesling has flowery aromas, slightly sour tastes alongside hints of ripe green grapes. The wine is fun to drink, and it has a sharp and clear finish.
