The Shiloh Winery was established in 2005 near the Shiloh Settlement. Under the professional training of the vintner Amichai Luria and his strong passion for wine, combined with the location of the vineyards of the winery in regions that have produced the highest quality of wine grapes since the days of the bible, the winery won the highest level of international recognition.
About the wine:
This wine is made of 100% Cabernet Franc from the most top quality areas of the winery whose clusters went through a strict selection process. The wine improved in French barrels of oak tree for 18 months. Only the top quality barrels were chosen for this exclusive wine. The wine will continue improving in the next years.
