Delta Omega
A few words about the winery:
The young Delta Winery was established in 2017 for the purpose of expressing the natural resources that are hidden in the Grapes of Merom Hagalil with vineyards that are planted in high-quality soil at extreme height and enjoy optimal weather conditions. High-quality clusters which are selected and picked manually during sunrise, separated through a shaking process, selected in the world’s most advanced optical sorter as part of an uncompromising technological approach.
About the wine:
A wine consisting of 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Petit Verdot and 28% Shiraz. A special and a rare wine with a winning symphony of flavors and aromas, which perfectly combines between the vineyard and the barrel. The wine will perfectly accompany meat and poultry dishes which are rich in flavor. The wine was aged in French barrels of oak tree for about 18 months. The wine won the Gold Medal in Terra Vino 2020.
