A few words about the winery:
The Jerusalem Winery Cooperative Agricultural Society is a reincarnation of the ‘Shimshon Winery’ which was established by the Mendelson Family in the beginning of the twentieth century in the Old City of Jerusalem. It is the only winery that operates in the Capital of Israel. It is located in the northern part of Jerusalem, and it produces different wines in a variety of series of quality. The wines of the winery are marketed in Israel and throughout the world, and they gained recognition and won prizes in different wine competitions.
About the wine:
Dry Rosé wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes from the high area of the Samaria. After being shortly soaked on the peels, the grapes were gently squeezed, and the wine fermented in stainless steel containers under low temperature to preserve the aromatic attributes of the grapes. The wine has a light rosy shade and the aromas of mulberry, raspberry and citrus blossom. The wine has a medium body and balanced acidity.
