Odem Mountain – Odem Forest Red
A few words about the winery:
The Odem Mountain Winery was established in 2003, when Michael, the father of the family, saw in his vision the entire family convening and jointly establishing the life work of a family. Familiar international grape varieties are planted in the vineyards of the Odem Mountain Winery. However, the way they are taken care of and cultivated causes them to reach an especially surprising and high quality result. The personal and direct familiarity of Adam Alfasi, the winery’s vintner, with each and every area in the vineyard allows him to conduct a strict and a directed cultivation of the crops, so that each grapevine receives the optimal conditions to become the ultimate wine.
About the wine:
A summery red wine created out of willing to make the wine world accessible for as many people as possible in as many as possible situations. The color of the wine is semi-opaque cherry red. One can taste the flavors of cherry and raspberry combined with a touch of sage.
