Midbar Chenin Blanc
A few words about the winery:
The Midbar Winery was established from the view of the grapevines that survive in the desert and the good people who make the place blossom. The winery believes in minimal intervention in the wine production process, and it uses the large differences in the temperatures, the regional minerality of the Libyan loess and the limestones which preserve the natural freshness and complexity of the grape and are typically expressed in the wine in a way that is different from other Israeli wines. Its main purpose is to present a tasty, balanced and clean wine which reflects the desert.
About the wine:
A restrained wine. It has a light yellow color, a light body, an acidy essence combined with the aromas and the flavors of citrus fruits, pear, desert minerality, white blossom, honey and a touch of oak tree.
