Nahal Guvrin is a wine which is rich with the aromas of red fruits, truffles, and herbs.The Pinotage variety which is not common in the Israeli vineyards was found to be a variety which is particularly successful to be grown in the vineyards that are located in the hills of the Plain of the Judean Coast. Due to a strict treatment and especially low quantities of crops plus the climatic conditions characteristic of the region, a wine with a complexity of flavors and a lot of character is obtained
