This wine which is made of the grapes of 100% Chenin Blanc grapes that grow in the vineyards of the winery expresses the characteristic unique to the geographical area of the Plain of the Judean Coast. Fresh and slightly spicy tropical aromas plus excellent sourness. The wine has fermented and aged on yeast for about 8 months, and it possesses the ability of aging.
