Adir - Marselan Rose'

The wine is manufactured traditionally. They are soaked with their skins for two hours until the desired color is obtained, after which they undergo a cold and slow fermentation process for 40 days to maintain the strong aromas. The wine has a light and clear color of salmon. Upon the opening of the bottle, there is an eruption of unripe strawberry, light herbs, rose petals and red grapefruit. Good acidity which is integrated with a light body. Made of 100% Grenache grapes.
