Dry Ros' wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes from the high area of the Samaria. After being shortly soaked on the peels, the grapes were gently squeezed, and the wine fermented in stainless steel containers under low temperature to preserve the aromatic attributes of the grapes. The wine has a light rosy shade and the aromas of mulberry, raspberry and citrus blossom. The wine has a medium body and balanced acidity. Made of 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
